Terms of Service

Thaydom is a subscription AI execution platform. Specialized AI roles run inside shared Projects using reusable Business Context, controlled handoffs and human review. Usage is measured in Credits. We also sell Standalone Specialists: one-time purchases that give you lifetime access to a purpose-built Specialist you run inside ChatGPT.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Business accounts are responsible for the users they invite.

• Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal.
• Each plan includes a monthly Credit allowance. Allowance Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
• Purchased top-up Credits do not expire while your account is active and are consumed after the monthly allowance.
• Credits are a prepaid usage unit, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Prices are shown exclusive of any tax that may apply in your jurisdiction unless stated otherwise. Business customers are responsible for supplying valid tax identifiers where required.
• You may cancel at any time; access and remaining allowance run until the end of the paid period.

A Standalone Specialist is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to that Specialist. It runs inside ChatGPT and requires your own ChatGPT account; we do not supply, control or guarantee availability of third-party AI services. It is not part of a Thaydom subscription and consumes no Credits.

• You keep all rights in the Business Context, briefs and materials you submit.
• As between you and us, you own the outputs generated for you, to the extent ownership is available in your jurisdiction.
• You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and transmit your content to run the service.
• We own the platform, prompts, Specialist definitions, software and branding. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or extract them.

You may not use Thaydom to:

• break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate someone's privacy;
• generate deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit material involving minors;
• attempt to bypass Credit metering, rate limits, access controls or security;
• resell or provide the platform's output generation as a competing service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. Thaydom is a drafting and execution tool, not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Review every output before you rely on or publish it. The human review and assumption-tracking features exist to support that review; they do not replace it.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party provider incidents and model provider changes can affect the platform.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including the mandatory rights of consumers.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment or unlawful use. On termination, access ends and data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in-app before they take effect, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: team@thaydom.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018 — LGPD). CODEJ TECH is a Brazilian entity and any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Thaydom will be subject to the courts of the city where CODEJ TECH is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
